My mom was in this facility for about two months. She received top notch care the entire time. From the admission to discharge we had zero issues. Management team is very responsive. Good food and great therapy!!

This weekend was quite important for our family, as we are completely aware mom’s time is limited. (Nancy Toothman). This weekend she turned 94, and we all are aware that her time is limited. This weekend, her two surviving sisters (of 9 kids originally), came with their caregivers from Pennsylvania and South Carolina, while mom’s 5 children came from North Carolina, Florida, Indiana & Utah for the occasion. Two days out, Saturday to the family farm where mom was born along with her dad before her, and 8 other siblings. This for planned birthday celebration. Sunday afternoon luncheon planned at nearby Muriales Italian restaurant. Thanks to outstanding help from staff, including nurses Kristin and Dustin, and aide Corrina, everything went smoothly, including giving medication to mom to help with discomfort and anxiety, and to get mom dressed and ready. Our entire family wanted me to pass on our thanks to these three and the entire staff for such attentive and compassionate help and care. Thank you, Greg Toothman

I’m so thankful for the care my Mother in-law receives. Judy, the activities director, is so involved, informative, and caring. The staff, which I could write so many wonderful things about want the best for my Mother in-law and always go above and beyond to show her they care.
My dad, a Vietnam Veteran, has only been at the facility for a short period of time with a diagnosis of dementia. I am EXTREMELY impressed by the interdisciplinary collaboration that I have seen so far!! From the business office to social workers to nursing staff and physicians, the actual CARE that is exhibited is something I’ve never experienced in a LTCF. I am truly impressed. We can sleep well knowing that our loved one is cared for by professionals who treat him so kindly when he is not an easy patient to deal with (I know, we’ve cared for him!) Another thing that I appreciate is the amount of consideration the family has received! We feel that we are seen & heard and that our opinion regarding his plan of care matters! Long story short, the staff is great, the facility is very nice and we appreciate everyone for their kindness, dedication and hard work!
