When I was admitted here in January, I was really sick. I've gotten better so quickly. The ladies checked on me often. Even when I didn't ask for help, they knew exactly what I wanted. I had a good stay here and I don't want to leave but I am now strong enough to live on my own. I was a nurse 50 years so I know good nursing. If you need assisted living, I recommend this place. I miss everyone already.

Trustwell Living Raytown is a wonderful place to call home. Everyone who works there gives their all every day to deliver the best living experience anyone would want for their loved one. Their Executive Director has worked in this community 10+ years and gives her heart and soul into everything she does to help our residents thrive. Their apartments are the largest in the area and they even offer two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms for couples or family to live together if desired. They also offer shared accommodations to help those on a limited budget and Studios. It’s a must see community to explore for your loved one.
My 85 year old Mom has gained 17 pounds since her arrival now she is a whopping 95 pounds. Everyone is so nice and helpful!
I went to visit a dear friend today for the first time Trustwell living is one of the most beautiful residential living centers right here in the heart of Raytown. The friendly staff, the beautiful well kept facility and the spacious lovely apartments are just amazing. I might add that my friend is quite comfortable and happy ! If you need a place for your precious loved one I highly recommend Trustwell.
This place is HORRIBLE! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE STAY AWAY! Roaches in the kitchen and restroom. Food is awful. They served my mom a BLT on molded bread. They served the residents a meal that included 1/2 a hotdog! They actually cut it in 1/2! There is only one housekeeper and she spends more time talking than cleaning. The Exec. dir. is SORRY and cannot keep or control her staff. They cuss and fight in front of residents. I called the state and nothing happened. Wish I could give them NO stars!
