The staff were very welcoming, nice and helpful with any questions i had to ask. The residents were all kind and love having people to visit with. You can really see the staff and resident relationships help make the experience easier and more enjoyable.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This facility completely misrepresented its ability to care for my mother, who had dementia. The nurse failed to conduct a proper assessment before accepting her, and within just a day and a half, they abruptly sent her back to the hospital—refusing to take her back afterward. We had already moved her in, paid a full month’s rent, and were assured a full refund. Instead, they charged us for a second month. It took two months of constant calls and emails just to receive a *partial* refund, with the facility withholding nearly $3,000—despite their promise of a full reimbursement due to their negligence. On top of that, we had to rent a moving truck twice, adding unnecessary stress and expense during one of the most difficult times in our lives. This facility and its management took advantage of us in a moment of vulnerability, and their lack of accountability is appalling. Shame on them for preying on families in crisis. No one should have to go through what we did. Shame shame shame. Then to top it off brighton court didn't he same. Beware of these evil corporations who prey on the sick and desperate.
I have only been working at Trustwell Living at Ridgeview Place since August of this year, but I can tell you that working here at this community has been one of the best experiences I have had working in AL/MC. The best decision I could have made was to come work for this community; The staff are amazing and were welcoming from the first day our team walked into the building. This community has a strong Core Management Team as well as strong, caring and professional Care staff who have longevity here at this community and I am so thankful for the opportunity to work here and be a part of such an amazing team. You wont find a better place to care for you're loved one's in the Spokane area than Ridgeview Place.
I placed my mother at Ridgeview Place 15 months ago after a bad experience in an adult family home. The experience at Ridgeview was so much better and she was much happier. The staff was quick to follow up on any medical issues and kept me informed. The staff and caregivers are great and made sure she was well cared for in her time there.
