My name is Tonya, Client Care Coordinator for Comfort Keepers West Chester. I came to do an assessment on a resident and I must say this place is the best facility I have walked in. I was greeted by 3 staff members that was very kind and welcoming. Soon as you walk in you can feel the happy caring atmosphere. The Resident I spoke with was extremely happy with the care he is receiving. His exact words was " I feel blessed being placed in this facility". I would defiantly send a loved one to Fairfield place and will be giving referrals as I get them.

Huge shout out to Fairfield Place! My husband and I were looking for a place for my father and toured many facilities. When we came to Fairfield Place we knew it was dads new home. The staff and management I can always count on to take time to talk to me about dads week. They have truly become family. If you are looking for a place for your loved one definitely give them a call!
Just wanted to take a moment about how delighted I am about my decision with Fairfield Place. I just returned home from visiting mom and she is thriving. The warm atmosphere and involved staff and management does not go unnoticed. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom.
Overall, I am very pleased with Fairfield Place. Fairfield Place is intimate and family oriented. I feel confident my loved one is safe and is able to live a quality life.
This place is a joke. We gave a30 day notice and paid for three days in September. They drafted over 8000.00 from checking account on the first without permission and check had already cleared the bank. Today is Sept 23 and still no refund. Just lies constantly. They raised the rent appx. 2000.00 halfway thru second month with no notice then a 10% increase. They tell lots of lies when you first meet them. Dad moved in April 30 and we moved him out September 3. They will not give me a # to corporate to complain and figure out when and where dad's money is. Not a good place for loved ones.
