So far communication has been professional, timely, kind and helpful with George the Marketing Director. We're excited for my mother to be closer to family and hopeful for great care at this facility. Update*** We are 3 weeks in and the staff all seem to be very nice. My mom and another resident agreed they treat them very well and take good care of everyone. She likes it there. Only complaints so far is the menu options cheese pizza is like sponge with cheese on top but noone can chew it and alternatives on the board states always available but is never available instead they offer ham sandwich or chicken salad sandwich. Hopefully this is an area they are working to improve.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my grandmother Mrs.Barbara Harrell who stayed here for a couple weeks while recovering from an injury. "I loved going to therapy! All were so encouraging. Never let me overdo, as I have tendency in doing just that. I loved how they took care of everyone, not one-on-one, it was a group effort (teamwork) which made everybody's day. Looks like every patient enjoyed their time being there. I love the fact that staff was learning spanish to communicate with some. That is great! Julie B., Mark H., Lindsey R., Diann W.- You can't beat a team like that, Big applaud!! The nurses were great. Ms. Lisa O is so caring, loved seeing her in the morning. She's a gentle lady, working with a beautiful smile and great attitude. Answered any questions I had. Even asked me some questions out of concern. Ms. Sadie took care of me evenings and night, such a sweet young lady. Made sure I was comfortable at night. Didn't get my pain meds right away, she worked on it, until she got results. For some reason she couldnt get the meds and needed for pain or even muscle relaxers. She came through :) Your nurses are wonderful! CNA's were marvelous! Maria and Isabel were checking on me every 45 minutes made sure I had water, made sure I was comfortable. Very professional. Now there is Desiree Arnold!! This lady is the bomb! I went in with my hair in knots. My hair is a little long and I was thinking about cutting it off but this lady fixed the problem. She dressed me and took me to therapy. She assisted many residents to go to therapy and if one was done she would take them back to their rooms. Cheerful, respectful, and just a happy person. I was happy to see her even when she wasn't my CNA for the day. All in all, staff was great!! I've been to rehab places with my mother and I never saw people as professional or courteous as TruCare."
Employees have high turnover. Staff is not friendly. Management is not helpful to nurses. Building is beautiful. Furnished nicely. Patients are in spacious rooms. Staffing makes it hard to work there
5 stars all around!!! Let me tell you that TruCare truly cares about you and treat you as you were their immediate family member! I had my grandpa stay here for some time and I was nervous and worried that this place would be a place where he was just another patient to them. They put me at ease and promised me they would do everything possible to make him better. Staff went above and beyond and kept me up to date on all his progress. Trucare went above and beyond what my expectations. I want to say thank you to Mickey, Micaela, Carolyn and the amazing staff they work with!
This was a great nursing home for my dad. They were very accommodating and worked well with family members. They treated my dad with respect and he was well-cared for. The facility is clean and in a safe location. Whenever I visited, the staff was kind and caring towards the residents. When my dad first got there, he complained that his dinner was not very warm. The nurse made sure to bring him hot meals after that! Everyone was great.
