And the peace of mind I have knowing she is cared for 24/7. From the moment she moved in, the staff at Trouvaille have demonstrated genuine compassion and dedication. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure my mother's comfort and well-being. The facility itself is warm and inviting, and the beautiful back patio provides a lovely outdoor space for residents to enjoy in all seasons. When we were looking for care for our mom, we wanted something with low staff turnover, end of life care, and a beautiful, warm, safe place. Trouvaille has all these things and more. Trouvaille was so amazing with her and our family. It is hard to find a place that retains staff. Trouvaille's staff is compassionate, caring, and has been employed there for years. When telling care providers where our mom was, many told us we were lucky to have her at Trouvaille.
We have had family as residents for almost 4 years. It was a blessing to find them then and continues to be the only place we would be comfortable having our family cared for. Outstanding staff, facilities and care. Each resident is cared for as an individual and staff learns and knows what each resident likes and dislikes. Tons on activities, outings and great common areas inside and out offer opportunities for all residents to find something that truly makes them engaged and fulfilled. I sleep soundly knowing my resident is in the best hands available.
It feels like my family members are caring for Mom. The staff knows us by name when we visit and they always know where Mom is located in that moment. Their interactions with Mom are always kind and competent. The leadership is superb; the low staff turnover confirms the culture is based on serving their residents as family. I always rest well at night knowing that Mom is in good hands.
