You couldn't pay me to send my dog to this place. I work in healthcare, and trying to get in touch with nursing staff about patients takes forever, upwards of 5 days. I had the receptionist actually laugh about it. There is no professionalism what so ever. do your research, pop up visits on your loved ones, install cameras, anything! You can tell a lot the care just by the way the staff talks on the phone, trust me. I worked in a nursing home for 4 years!

DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO TO THIS FACILITY. Care is terrible and under staffed. Patients are left alone in soiled clothing for hours. Food and nutrition are sub standard. Employees caught sleeping in patient rooms during night shift. This place should be closed down.
They take very poor care of the patients there they're too busy socializing had one of the staff members boyfriends pull gun out on me the only reason why he's still walking is because she got between us
I went to visit my aunt yesterday we took her to an appointment they changed her clothes and when we came back 4 hours later those clothes were still on the bathroom floor why is that 😡
