You won't find a better place to care for your loved ones. My mother just passed away on 5/14/2025 and was a resident of Trinity Place. I saw nothing but compassion and care from all of the folks there from Elaine who got my mom admitted to Trinity Place, to Shannon at the front desk who always had a bright smile to welcome me each day, to Joyce who handled the billing and answered my many questions. The Nursing Staff is top notch. My mom was not the easiest patient to deal with since she had dementia and was always trying to leave the facility. I know for a fact that the nurses would let mom sit with them in their office while they worked so they could keep an eye on her. The Aides that came in her room many, many times a day to check on her and see if she needed anything. I made the 50 mile round trip to visit mom daily when she first went in and after I saw the caliber of care she was receiving, I was assured in my mind that I didn't have to go every day because she was being so well taken care of. The Nursing Staff and Aides would often dial my number for Mom so she could talk to me on the phone on occasions when she couldn't remember how to work the phone. The place is very clean, had no odors that most nursing homes have, had plenty of activities and snacks for the residents, and most of all gave my mom the best care possible. Thank You Elaine, Shannon, Joyce, Mark, Linda, Nicole, and a slew of others that I only knew their faces but not their names. I wish I could have given more stars. Thanks For Everything, Jimmy Linker

By far the best rehab, assisted living, nursing home in our region!!! Even the receptionists are nice and helpful when they answer the phone!
The staff is wonderful. They are very caring, get to know their residents and do many special activities with them. The management is accessible and responsive to questions and concerns. It’s a beautiful facility, located in the country, and they are constantly looking to how they can improve and make life pleasant for the residents. I especially love the community engagement with schools and churches doing amazing things for the residents like building garden boxes and Christmas gifts. My mother is a resident.
Trinity Place is a wonderful nursing and rehabilitation facility. Residents, families and staff work together to love and take care of each other. My grandmother received wonderful care and companionship at Trinity Place, enjoying activities and outings, during the last years of her life. My mother benefited greatly from the short term rehabilitation program following hospitalizations that left her with physical deficits on three separate occasions. I have had several other family members benefit from the excellent care provided by this home. My family is very thankful for Trinity Place.
If I could give Clorletta billions of stars I would. She’s is the kindest and most caring CNA and so many other things I’ve ever met in my life. . I’ve witnessed her , when she thought no one was looking , how kind and caring she is to every single patient every single Time!! My hats off to you Clorletta, you make us all want to be better providers!
