For 24 years I have had a loved one in an assisted living or skilled nursing facility. Trinity Elms is by far the best place I have experienced! I would highly recommend them to anyone facing this concern for a family member!!!

Mom just passed away after almost 6 years at Trinity Elms. I cannot say enough about the caring staff and the staffs ability to adjust to mom’s changing needs. Tess, the administrator was so kind and competent. Abbie, the nurse works hard to assure her staff provides competent care. There are enough activities for those who want to participate. Just a wonderful place. Also, Stephanie, the Physician Assistant who worked with mom for her medical needs was great. Also they worked very well with hospice when the time was appropriate. They all worked well as a team.
This place was great several years ago, but that does not seem to be the case now. No fault to the staff there, it is 100% management. I received a call from my grandmother who was hysterical, she was there for several hours. No one checked her vitals, the nurse didn't check her arm band to verify who she was before giving her Asprin, and she was told she cannot have a potty chair for two days. A patient was standing in the hallway alone crying for 30 min.. Unacceptable. Pay your staff more or treat them better if you have shortages. Management needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY and replaced by staff that has a soul. Do NOT sign the consent form they offer where they would bring in 2 independent attorney's if you had a concern it prevents you from bringing in your own. Thankfully I work in the field and have called people who can intervene on a major level but I will not rest until upper management is gone.
WE LOVE TRINITY ELMS. We have had our mother in other facilities due to rehab, etc, but nothing can match the love and care the employees put into the residents. If you have a loved one and cannot decide, look no further. No place can top Trinity Elms. -Patricia Justice, Home Staging, downsizing, and redesign specialist.
Trinity Elms was wonderful to my mother in her final years. Everyone there went above and beyond to care for her. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for loving our mother. Felton/Miller families
