HR staff is unprofessional and doesn’t return calls or respect the time of the staff. Staff are overworked in the food and laundry departments along with nursing. I was made (not asked) to train three new hires after only a few weeks of working there with no compensation for it. Training was about a week (rushed) and older staff told me that two people used to do the job I was hired for. Most staff is underpaid and they deserve better.

They tour a museum where I worked their driver hit my car! They called me once and found out the video didn’t catch it now I’m left to pay. Every nasty people I would not want my loved ones anywhere near them!!! UPDATE TO RESPONSE!! No discrepancy, No investigation insurance never called me or the police or my insurance so how can they be investigating? Please don’t lie on my behalf I come to terms that I will have to pay.
I have been trying to get a hold of HR for a few days left many messages and no calls back. Not what someone who wants a job there wants to see lack of communication already.
Grandma seems happy. She was clean and her hair was done. The staff gave her attention and seemed kind. We had a room to meet in and visit.
We were well taken care of during the covid shutdown. Apartment living allows you to go anywhere in the apartment complex without going outside in the elements. All community activities are in the apartment complex. We have a nice swimming pool and fitness room.
