Somedays you have to wait nearly all day to have a shower, the service in the dining room has only 2 people serving dinner, if your mattress is in poor condition don't ask for it to be changed it won't happen in a hurry we asked before Xmas still sleeping on the old mattress that is just some of the complaints I could write a book on the place. Indian aged care main manager is full of attitude and ego with staff. She treat like slaves with staff never seen her polite and professional. Showing her strictness.
i used to be jelous of this place because i thought it was a gated community where all the rich people lived. turns out its just old people booo
