Really disappointed and off-put by the way myself and my parent were treated when we had a tour of the facility. Getting to the point of needing to go here with a parent is difficult in itself, would have appreciated more understanding and kindness. My parent will not be going to this facility due to this. Gave a 2 star rating as the nurses and other staff seem nice.

My wife and I have lived here for over 7 years and whilst amongst the younger set here, enjoy our retirement to the full. Our unit overlooks the creek where pelicans, swans and fish are in abundance, and we enjoy sunshine most mornings -Qld beautiful one day and perfect the next--. Our neighbours are friendly and the facilities great. One huge bonus my golf course is less than 10 mins away.
Living at TriCare Cypress Gardens is a wonderful experience. The facilities are state of the art. I have never seen such a wonderfully thought out property. The staff are all professional and friendly. Residents seem at peace and enjoy living there. The activities are many and varied and provide good scope for social interaction and fun. Well done TriCare Cypress Gardens. Ten out of ten.
I have been living at Cypress Gardens for 6 years. I have a lovely unit with a great balcony overlooking the well kept gardens. I love the gym and TaiChi and the pool. I never did these activities before I lived here. Close to shops and Broadbeach. Great place to have guests and meet new friends
My retirement dream was to live beside water in a garden setting. I also sought spacious accommodation of high quality for independent living, located near the suburban home of family members. To my delight and complete satisfaction, at Cypress Gardens I have it all, and more! I now live in a comfortable two bedroom apartment with ensuites, but I can also meander by flowers and shrubs, or walk beside the Boobegan where I watch pelicans and black swans. The 25 metre, heated swimming pool and the library are my favourite places, but many other pleasing aspects are provided, as the following acrostic shows. C stands for CARE and COMFORT .
