Treasure Hills has exceptional nursing care and provides a wonderful home like environment. Julio Rada, admissions coordinator, makes the process very easy and truly cares about the outcomes of the residents. He follows them from admission to discharge. I highly recommend you take a tour and talk with them if you are looking for placement for your family member.
Outstanding service !!! Thank you to all the staff that was so attentive and helpful to my father while he was at the facility. Thank you for going above and beyond to make it feel more like a home. Thank you, to the kitchen who provided healthy and delicious meals that my father enjoyed. Housekeeping who maintained his room clean and took time to have a conversation with him. CNA’s and nurses who provided compassionate care and attended to all his needs. Therapy that provided excellent service and giving him encouragement and goals , he always looked forward for therapy time . This was a home for my father and my family while he was at your building and we are very grateful for all the love and support.
I was so depressed when the doctors told me I would not be the same for the rest of my life. I’m 55. How can that be??? However I accepted the facts and went to rehab at treasure hills with a heavy heart!! After a week as an inpatient nurses and staff were so encouraging and motivating that I soon believed that my illness was not going to define me! The first step and the encouraging words and actions of the facility was all I needed I am now outpatient rehab and have improved more than 90%. I suffered with heart failure lung failure and remission of cancer. I can walk I can talk I can breath on my own I am only using oxygen to sleep. Thank you treasure hills for that first step!! 9 months and i continue on my journey of improvement!!!
I understand the high staff turnover rate for these types of jobs so i know it’s difficult to maintain staff. However, my loved one’s room is often dirty with food and kleenex/paper towels on floor. There should be more activities so that clients aren't just sitting around in hallways. Otherwise staff are attentive when they can be and their attempts to resolve any issues or concerns are usually prompt.
