After I had surgery to remove a bone spur on my right heel last year in December, it took about a month for me to get set up with Transitions At Home. They have been great with me with everything. Definitely recommend if you need at home therapy. The therapists ( OT AND PT ) were great.

I used Transitions At Home for two months prior to going into assisted living. Their representative, Mallory, exceeded my expectations. She cheerfully did everything I asked of her and more. The administrative representative ,Renee, was easy to work him and returned phone calls promptly. I highly recommend this agency! Paul

The nurses, OT and PT clinicians are a huge help to me. I look forward to their visits. Every week they help me in ways my doctor can't. Highly recommend them.
