I just discharged from Transitional Care Center. I had a wonderful experience. The nurses took great care of me and were all so very friendly and respectful. The therapy was excellent and they were very patient with me as I reached my goals so I could come back home safely. The housekeeper that cleaned my room was always so nice. And the food was very good also. if I ever need rehab again I will definitely come back here. Thank you to all the staff!

Recently, my uncle came to TCC at Morning View for almost two weeks. His experience was wonderful. The attentive care he received coupled with the physical therapy they offered him was exceptional. He went there after sustaining serious fall that required surgery, and he was home in under two weeks. My family is very grateful for this top notch facility.
Transitional Care Center was the absolute best choice for me. When I first arrived, I needed help to even move. Within 3 weeks, they had me walking and ready to go home. The wound care nurse, Joy, is amazing. I had 2 inches of bone showing on a wound and within the same 3 weeks, it was down to pea size. 99% of the nurses and CNA's were wonderful, caring, and friendly. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were times that I had to wait up to an hour after they were due to get my meds, and they ran out of one of my prescriptions 5 times. But that was more the fault of the pharmacy they use. I was terrified to be transferred there after reading all the bad reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised and highly recommend them for rehab treatment.
My dad was in TCC for only a week. Every single person that we dealt with was wonderful. Occupational and Physical therapy worked great with him so he could get home quickly. The people that stood out the most with me and their service were Tory, in admin and Ben, the nurse who did his evaluation for discharge. BUT the BEST of all was VANESSA! She was nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL!! She is so knowledgeable and so pleasant. Many thanks to all who took care of him. Vanessa, you are a true asset to TCC. Thank you! Also, need to mention that the facility was extremely clean all the time.
No stars should be an option...I'll give it that due to a few staff members that were kind. Mother admitted 8/23/24 for rehab pt at facility, multiple issues with level of care, attention of staff and medical care. Daily escalations of issues and on 8/28 Mother was returned to hospital with a possible infected incision ONLY happened due to persistence of family. Mother had double pneumonia and a blood clot in lung. Had family not been persistent, my mother would have died and staff was clueless as to any issues. Horrible care at this facility. Director of Nursing involved after Mother's transfer involved, she is helpful and kind but that does not save my mother or correct the issues. I share this to prevent this for future patients. Do not take your family Here until they resolve their issues with level of care.
