I have been at Transit Pointe Senior apartments for 20 months. I am completely satisfied with my decision to move here. The location is perfect, close to all kinds of shopping including grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Some within walking distance. Maintenance is prompt and friendly as well as thorough. Management is attentive, very responsive and friendly. The property is always clean. The rent is reasonable, and includes all utilities! There is a weekly van to take residents grocery shopping and there are various activities available.

I am not one to write reviews. I recently joined the Transit Pointe community and I cannot say enough how pleased I am. The property manager is wonderful! She’s always willing to listen and help in anyway she can. Our maintenance man is also very helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure the property is well cared for. The community of people is probably the biggest thing I’ve been impressed with. Everyone is so nice, helpful and a pleasure to be around. The activities on a weekly basis really bring this group together.
Love this place. Very comfortable. Lots of aaamenities. Property manager is excellent. She is very much concerned with welfare of the tenants. My first experience with renting. Maintenance man is a workhorse constantly trying to keep the tenants happy with the service they are getting. All in all we are very happy here, Enjoy the weekly activities and monthly catered dinner, planned by the social committee.
Hey, the Transit Pointe Senior Apartments are really nice! Well kept and clean. Close to shopping has daily activities. Office manager, Rochelle, has an open door policy, she is superb! Ryan, the Maintenance technician, is even on call after working hours. I recommend living here!
I enjoy living at Transit Pointe. The staff is friendly and helpful. Manager Rochelle provides good communication to all residents via Robo calls and newsletters. Brian and the maintenance staff respond in a timely manner. The building is well maintained. The social committee does a fantastic job planning events and social get togethers in the community room.
