UPDATE: I did move into TW last Summer, and I like it even more than I anticipated I would! Staff is courteous and extremely helpful. The residents here are also great. Many walkers, so everyone nods or waves to each other. I made a great choice! 😊 In response to the person who talked about $700. This is a Land Lease property, and your monthly rent is based on the size of your home & the property. My monthly payment is less than $700. This covers the community upkeep, salaries, and both your water and the water for the community-wide drip system. Remember, this is the desert, so covering both water systems is great. PREVIOUS: I don’t live in Trails West, but I might be soon. ☺️ I toured the community with a friend who is a resident, and I was impressed by the look & feel. I met some very nice residents, and everyone I passed gave me a smile and a wave. That’s what I’m looking for. 😊 I met with Leigh to tour some homes for sale (she greeted every resident we saw by name). Her professional demeanor, and that of the others I met in the office, was appreciated. Now, to only find the right home! 😊
We love it here!!! It's quiet and the whole neighborhood is so friendly. The amenities are fabulous especially the outdoor pool and gym. There are different activities pickleball, bocce ball, bingo, karaoke, arts & crafts etc etc. We are a community here who look out for each other....check it out
