Ok... I wanted to wait a few months after my mom moved in to give a review. Here goes: Mason, the gentleman who worked with my family from the start was FANTASTIC! His patience with our ignorance was above and beyond. The staff is incredible and always smiling...not the fake smile evidenced by the lack of "eye crinkle", but actual pleasantness. Their intent to be better is demonstrated in Miss Angela's Email updates that include not only the MANY positives, but she also recognizes areas of improvement. To be honest, I'm tired of only hearing about only rainbows and unicorns and glad to hear of the negative things that they intend to correct. Transparency builds trust! Nicely done Miss Angela. I'll finish with a comparison... I cannot adequately express how much happier and better taken care of my mother Barb is compared to her previous "care" facility. I owe you, the workers taking such amazing care of my beautiful mother a debt that I can't repay...thank you all. Bill Rudy

I don’t even know where to start. Traditions of Hilliard is amazing!! We recently had to move our mother from the Cleveland area to Hilliard and finding a local assisted living facility was very difficult. We went to 9 places and although many were nice, Traditions had everything she needed and wanted. The atmosphere is positive, welcoming, and warm. Once we met Mason, Nurse Joni, staff, and medical teams we were sold. We had some initial Medicaid/Medicare issues but Mason and Nurse Joni worked closely with us to ensure the best possible transition. You can feel the entire staff’s genuine regard for their residents. The facility is exceptionally clean, warm, and well decorated. From the apartment, front staff, dining, the attentive medical and therapy staff, and activities department, our mother hit a home run finding Traditions of Hilliard and is happier than she’s been in a long time. She found her home. Thanks team!!
Our first contact with this wonderful community was Mason Brown. We relocated my mother here from out of town. Mason made all of the transitions possible and hopeful. His professional introduction and constant follow up delivered an experience that has been a comfort to us all at a time of uncertainty. He even called on a Sunday during the Holidays to update us and guide us. Once there, the staff has been beyond outstanding and qualified to help my mother and our family progress through the memory care experience. The staff is a comfort and blessing. The building is beautiful and well kept. We are so thankful for Mason and the entire staff every day.
This placed was terrible for public relations. My daughter went to their place asking to place her father and my former husband whom I was helping her find placement. They claimed we had to pay $3950 to hold a space which they were suppose to have ready. It took 3months plus waiting and when ask for the refund which was supposed be the entire amount , they came up with words such as it was $1000 for the assessment on paperwork. It clearly stated the full amount would be returned if they could not find a place not if we canceled. They claimed they could only return$2950 of the money and I am still waiting on that money which had not come after sitting at the place waiting for a check to be written. No check was written however , the said the check would arrive in the mail. No check and it has been 3 weeks. We started this process in October and it is not March and still no money. I will contact the attorney general’s office to get my money.. there was no phone number on the letter to call and contact someone from their place of business about it . My lawyer said not to leave until Traditions of Hilliard business office gave a paper in writing stating they will Refund the money as it stated in the paperwork.
Have not had a loved one in the care of this facility, but upon driving in the beginning of rush hour traffic I watched as this bus struggled to remain in the lines. this particular area can be very dangerous during rush hour when not paying attention because cars just jump in front of you without warning & traffic slows down to a stop without notice either! I honked my horn showing her that I seen her on her phone while actively driving, & she rolled her eyes at me then continued playing on her phone!! I ended up next to her again about 2 minutes later and she was STILL on her phone! So if your loved ones get on a bus through this facility, I’d ask that they NOT have her as the driver! This happened on 10/10/2023 at 3:56 p.m!
