Expensive houses slapped together as quickly as possible. HOA covers snow removal unless it actually snows. Just have your snow shovel ready because they won't do it for you.
We are buying a house here and come to visit frequently to check on progress and show the model to friends and family. Staff is always nice and progress is measurable. Clubhouse is now almost complete.

We were holding a vip spot including a select lot with a beautiful view and special pricing at Heartland Homes Laural Landings - which we let go due to more confidence in Crystal Crystal provides the vision that we currently do not /cannot possess and she works tirelessly to meet and exceed our expectations! House prices very high for the for the value. Lots are very crowded. Oil fracking possible near west side of community.
