I'm thinking Google needs to start over with the reviews on this retirement community ....there are too many that talk about tough steak, etc. Seems as though they have reviews from a restaurant mixed in with the TOA reviews. Back to TOA....Fantastic location, near downtown Lititz, 15-20 mins from Downtown Lancaster. Walking trails galore. You can walk to the UPMC hospital or even Giant Super Market if needed. There are a lot of eateries, Red Rose transit services this area. The neighborhood is very clean, excellent HOA. I've lived at a Del Webb community and TOA has a much better quality home.
Love this Park! It has so much history and things to see...also tryout the famous Burgers or hotdogs at the lunch spot..stop and say Hi to Tom😉 *The Fireworks show and fire and ice plus many other events make you feel a part of the community. We will be staying for a long time. *Also would like to say In my experience being a business owner I've witnessed this town is mostly about supporting small businesses and its awesome Charm🥰
Super welcoming community. The living is easy - Maintenance free. More time to enjoy pool, walk to pub and visit with neighbors. 2 miles from downtown Lititz, walk to shopping and dining!
The location for Litits TOA is perfect...not saying that, since i was in charge of the sitework for the development company, but Lititz is a hopping place. I toured each of the model homes and could see myself in each. The design team is spot-on. Utilizing all modern trends and styles. The facility is lacking some energy, but if you need to bike or hike, this community will provide the best options for country side access.
