This review is long overdue. I toured a few units over a two month period. The women in the office were so kind professional and patient with my questions. I was impressed with the touring process they make it comfortable and it felt like a place you'd like to call home. The residents I crossed paths with were so friendly and welcoming. I ended up moving farther away for personal reasons but I can attest the common area is clean & updated. It felt safe. Maintenance was always out and about. The units are modern and updated properly after a tenant moves out. Not like many places on 82 that are deferred maintenance disasters, filthy overpriced and the high price tag comes with rude ignorant management companies. Traditions offered market pricing that was consistent with the quality and the amenities offered.

Cindy and Suzette are exceptional! I was having trouble with my water bill not coming out and Cindy came to my rescue and looked into it for me. She solved it and let me know as soon as she figured it out. This is a worry off my shoulders and I appreciate the help so much! They are always available to help anyone when they need it. To any current or future tenants, don't ever feel like you can't go to them for assistance. They go out of their way with such grace and smiles.
I have nothing but great things to say about living here at Traditions at Royalton Place. Suzette and Cindy are both attentive when responding to any questions or concerns I've had. Any maintenance issues I have encountered were always handled in a timely manner. Lastly, my neighbors have all been very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend living here.
Family member recently passed and we moved her belongings out of her apartment today. We are leaving the place spotless. Were informed we would not receive a security deposit because she BROKE HER LEASE! How cruel can this place be?
I'm reviewing on behalf of my mother, Ann de Freese, Apt 102, bldg 3. Lukas installed a shower head for her today. She is very pleased with the prompt, friendly, and exemplary service! It gives us comfort to know that she is so well taken care of!
