1043 Towne Square Dr, Greensburg, PA 15601, United States
Lived many places in my life and experienced many styles of management of apartments. I will say my experience in the last 4 years at Towne Sq it has been a pleasure. The good and bad has always been resident specific and resolved with the resident first. This is unusual in our world today. I offer credit to the manager and the staff she oversees. Maintenance is always expeditiously handled with professionalism. Interaction with the staff and management is continually pleasant. My wife and I visited many places for senior and assisted living throughout western PA and decided to select Towne Square. Unfortunately she didn't get the opportunity to enjoy what I do since they opened. The apartments are spacious even the singles and well equipped with a full complement of latest appliances for the resident convenience. They are well appointed. In our world today, even with the upsurge of a crazy economy, Clover seems to have attempted to conduct their increase fairly and in the best interest of the residents. I recommend Towne Square apartments.

We who live here in this beautiful place are so very blessed to have Stacey and Tom. They are always so pleasant and helpful, quick to take care of any needs. Also it is always kept spotlessly clean. The people living here are also very pleasant, and make you feel so welcome. All this contributes to a very comfortable, secure and safe place to call home. I am a new tenant and just love it here.
Towne Square Apartments in Greensburg are kept very nice. Stacey and Tom are wonderful. I have no complaints at all. The place is keep very clean and if you need a repair done Tom is right on it. Everyone is quit friendly and get along. I'd recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a place to live.
My parents moved to Towne Square about 3 years ago and they couldn’t be happier. Stacey the manager and Tom the maintenance guru are great and react quickly to any issues. There are constant activities from cards, Wii, trips, crafts, Night at the Races, luncheons, dinners and the list goes on and on. There is a cafe, gym and salon all in the building. It is a secured building and residents look out for each other too. Towne Square Senior Apartments are great place to live!
Let's be honest. I'll be brief and to the point. I have been here almost two years now. This place has a great community of kind and caring people that look out for each other. The management group does an excellent job. ( Stacey, Tom and Libby) The facility is safe, clean, and well maintained. The Activity Detector, Linda, also does excellent work. With her team of volunteer assistants, there's always many card games, crafts, holiday parties through out the year, monthly birthday celebrations, and more going on for the residents to enjoy. Now for the not so great thing. It's the parking. Forget the pictures that are part of the website. Those pictures are not at all accurate. The available parking places are inadequate, and it was that way when the place was built. The management added about 18 parking places last summer, and that helped some. Still about 80% of the parking places are handicapped parking for a particular resident only. So right now, there are only five "public" parking parking on the front side of the facility for non-handicapped residents, friends and family, and medical professionals and vendors. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Also, there seems to be some resistant abuse of the handicapped parking system. This makes it tough for the able-bodied residents to share the limited parking places. Hopefully we can solve this issue. One last thing, when you decide to tour the facility, an Uber may be a good idea Thanks for your time. Cheers!
