Mom has been attending Town Square at the Jersey Shore for several years now. She LOVES it! The staff has always been exceptional. Across the board, every member is consistently patient, kind, helpful, and adept at dealing with clients individually and in groups. Everyone seems genuinely glad to be there. Throughout the years, the varied activities have kept Mom engaged, happy, and looking forward to her next visit. The facility itself is incredibly well-designed and maintained; it is fun, bright, and sets the stage for a positive experience. We take advantage of the option to arrange for transportation which makes things easier for us. Every driver is equally friendly and considerate as well. For Mom's last birthday, we rented the space for a private party and all our guests were impressed. I have recently visited another local memory care facility with a friend who was investigating options and all it did was reinforce that Town Square is simply the BEST choice.

My Mom attends Town Square several times a week. She loves it there. It has a believe atmosphere and is amazingly clean. The staff treat my Mom like family. She often wants to hug them all goodbye at the end of the day. Behind the scene, Jill and the staff know everything that is going on with my mom. They care for her and direct her accordingly. When I drop her off I know she is in very capable and safe hands. I trust them with the most important person in my life.
My mother attends Town Square and we are so pleased. She is able to meet new friends and stay social, participate in multiple activities, and even takes advantage of the beauty salon. The people that work there love the clients and show such patience and kindness! My mother also loves the food!
My dad attends Town Square Jersey Shore several times a week. I have been extremely impressed & so grateful for the outstanding support & concern the entire staff has demonstrated for my father . Everyone has been so very kind & accessible, accommodating Dads needs. The entire staff is like family. I am so happy with the entire staff at Town Square from administration to caregivers to activity providers. I do not know what we would have done without having a place for Dad to go where he is engaged and well cared for. I love, love , love the daily activities and so does my Dad. He looks forward to attending and that gives me peace of mind.
My father and his wife attend several times a week. Initially, we were concerned about how he would feel about going, but he thoroughly enjoyed it from the first day. They both appreciate the activities and opportunities for social interaction. Themed days are quite enjoyable, and we make use of the salon services. The staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend Town Square!!
