My first time ever visiting this facility. Very refreshing, no loud noises, clean, comfortable atmosphere. The facility was cleared and well lighted up to its best ability. Dinner was being served on time. Staff were visible at all times. Staff was very professional and helpful without any unwanted body language. All staff was engaged in care planning. No one just lagging around or sitting down talking nonsense like some care centers. I'm a Certified Assistant with the Government and I would recommend this facility for anyone looking for hands on care. I'm not sure and prayerfully no time soon,but if I had to be in a facility for care, I would most definitely choose this one. I would even consider working for them if needed. My mom has been a resident here now about a month. The staff all around are amazing. A very clean facility. I’m glad God guided my family to choose this location for her. I don’t worry about her when I’m at work.
This facility is fantastic. The aides and nurses are friendly, competent, and patient EVERY time they interact with or serve my good friend here. The whole place is very clean; there is no trace of any urine smell that is in other rehab and nursing home facilities. NONE! Moreover, the food is consistently good. I highly and without reservation recommend Town East Village.
Wonderful and attentive staff. Location is excellent if you live in Mesquite. We transferred my father to Town East Village after he stayed nearly a year at Cheyenne Medical Lodge. Cheyenne was a very nicely outfitted location however it felt like it came up a bit short in staff care. After the transfer we immediately noticed how much more effort was put in having the residents out and about as opposed to staying in their rooms or in certain areas. The staff greeted us with pleasant demeanours daily and with my father needing constant care they checked on him regularly. We were very impressed and recommend Town East Village for those in Mesquite or the surrounding areas. My only suggestion or wish would be for the facility to update some amenities. This is what impressed us at our previous facility but in the end staff attentiveness and care surpasses surroundings.
It was an experience, because I did not expect a place where it gave Brenda a chance to see two of her grand childrens which allowed her to express herself in a way she had not been able to express herself since she been ill. She got to where she could not talk. When she saw them, she said hey call. The people kept me informed. They let me know that she was holding the food in her mouth and not eating much. I was able to step in and help. Prayfully the rehab will go good and we will not have to move her. Prayfully therapy will have her back walking and she can come home. Thank you Town East Rehab staff.
