We enjoyed bringing our therapy dogs to Tower Lodge today. The residents were anxiously waiting in the community room and their spirits were high because it was Pirates Day! Dedicated staff and great looking facility. Secure access and well maintained. Residents are offered a very nice set of daily activities and really good medical staff. Call them and take a tour.
On a daily basis, everyone @ Tower Lodge is not only professional, but shows empathy and compassion to those in their care. Our family sleeps well at night knowing our loved one is in a safe & secure environment.
I can't say enough good things about Tower Lodge. The staff is super-attentive, and the patient-to-caregiver ratio is so much better than the other long-term-care facilities my wife and I visited. The facility itself is definitely not as glitzy as the other LTCs that we saw, but we were not looking to put Mom into the "Ritz". Our number one concern was Mom's care, and it was obvious to us early on that the best actual care she would receive would be at Tower Lodge. From Jill the Admissions Director to Melissa the Director of Social Services to all the nurses and staff, the entire experience was really pleasant for Mom and me. I was contacted many times by the staff, alerting me to any of my mom's needs (mentally or physically) and any changes in medication or physical issues that arose. They really were the next best thing to having Mom here at home with me. I lost Mom a month ago, but I'm so relieved that the nurses and staff made Mom's final days comfortable and pain-free. It's obviously an extremely tough decision to put a loved one into long-term-care, but the caring people at Tower Lodge made me feel assured that I made the right one.
All The staff have been courteous, kind and very professional. The room is immaculately clean. My sister is receiving excellent care. I can’t say enough about the staff from the social workers to the cleaners everyone has shown concern for my sister well being. Thank you all. ❤️❤️
