Placing our mother in memory care after my father passed away was a very difficult decision. Rena, Zach and staff were so very helpful in getting my mom placed and transitioned to this new situation. Rena was very prompt throughout the process in returning any emails to keep us informed and moving along. Pam made a great impression during the walk through with her caring and inviting welcome to my mom. Touchmark has so many wonderful and stimulating activities for their residents. They have encouraged my mom to engage in many fun things that she would have never had the chance to do at home. They’ve been also Very caring and concerned about her safety and well-being as she gets more comfortable with this new home. We are happy we chose Touchmark!

Touchmark is a wonderful community. The menu is impressive and the calendar is filled with engaging activities and events for residents. Melissa was incredibly helpful in showing me the building and helped me understand the full range of services they provide. I would recommend Touchmark to anyone looking for a welcoming community with excellent amenities and a dedicated staff.
The staff are amazing, doing everything they can to make our move as painless as possible. They and the other residents have been very welcoming. They even have an ambassador program where another resident welcomes new residents and helped us learn "the ropes". We are so glad to have found such a pleasant and friendly place.
As a frequent provider who helps people move in and out of the building, we have developed a great relationship with management, maintenance and residents. We see on a daily basis how the staff goes above and beyond to help residents have a great experience. I personally appreciate the open consistant communication. *** See additional review at end ***Walked in and a young man came up behind the front desk. Sat down and didn’t acknowledge me with any kind of greeting. I asked him if I could ask a few questions and get some kind of reference with prices, and after finishing chewing on the Doritos that he put in his mouth, he told me I’d have to fill out a long form before I could meet with anyone. Needless to say, I just wanted a couple answers before delving into any forms to fill out. I had heard good things about this facility, but this first impression was not very good. Next day my husband convinced me to try again, as I’m looking for a senior living arrangement for my parents. When we both walked up to the same place the same young man was getting food at the bistro area. Saw us waiting at the desk, again no acknowledgment, set his food down behind the desk, then proceeded to stare at my husband. Finally my husband asked if we could ask someone a few questions, and was handed a form to fill out and he left to see if someone was available. Very poor first impression AGAIN from the same young man. **BUT we did stay for a tour with Melissa and were very pleasantly surprised that she knows how to be very nice and informative to future customers of their facility. She answered all of our questions, showed us around, and did a very nice job. The facility itself is very nice and the rooms have more than most we’ve seen. Obviously, you get what you pay for and this facility is quite a bit more expensive than most. But if you have the ability to pay for more this one stands out. I did get a voicemail and text from Melissa stating she was available for any more questions and invited us for a meal to see the atmosphere. She also shared how disappointed she was in her staff, as she saw the rating of a one star. She said they are looking to replace their front desk staff person at this time. Hoping that happens as not only one day, but two, their greeter did a very poor job. So I am giving Melissa and the facility a rating of 4, up from a 1.
