The common areas are inviting, and the outdoor areas provide a serene backdrop that everyone can enjoy (the attached winery is amazing too!). What truly sets Touchmark apart is the remarkable staff. They are not only friendly but also genuinely engaging and fun to be around. Touchmark really brings the hospitality back to retirement living! Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient with their residents. The Portland location is absolutely stunning and a joy to be at when I visit. They keep a lively activities calendar to keep my grandma movin and groovin! She loves the pickleball and watercolor classes. We have also been really happy with the food at Touchmark. My grandma is a pretty picky eater but her favorite is BLT night. Overall, a great community!
Touchmark in the West Hills has exceeded expectations. From the first meeting with Patricia, we were confident that she and Touchmark had my mom’s best interest in mind. The facility inside and out are well appointed and maintained. All the employees are all very respectful and responsive with the exceed expectations mentality. Patricia, Veronica and the concierge team are amazing ambassadors of Touchmark. Employees are amazing with names. They even remember families names who are visiting residents. Speaking of residents, they are very friendly and genuinely enjoy each other’s company. There’s wide variety of social events going on to keep residents engaged.
My husband has been under the competent and compassionate care of the Touchmark team for nearly two years, and I definitely found the best imaginable forever home for him. The tasteful decor in all three buildings, the beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds, and most of all a team that lives its values make this place exceptional. Within days of his moving in, he and I were both greeted by name by staff throughout the organization! Touchmark looks like an elegant senior resort. It feels like family!!!
We really appreciate Touchmark in the West Hills and the amazing staff. In particular, Veronica Ureno, has been incredible to work with! And what a beautiful and well designed community!
