Very nice facility. Toured the facility and was given very misleading information as to how it works. Representative claimed when you elect to move or leave you get your money back. Read through the contract only to find out after meeting several conditions, you're only eligible for 85% of your investment back. When they're asking for hundreds of thousands of dollars that is a significant misrepresentation.

I moved to Prescott two years ago with my 87 year old Mom. The moment I walked into Touchmark, I knew I had found the perfect place for her to live. Touchmark is beautiful.. The apartments are lovely and the common areas are well appointed. The dining rooms are fantastic. But those things are not the reason I knew I had found the perfect place. It was the staff. The staff at Touchmark are wonderful human beings. Every single staff member is friendly, helpful, caring and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone who lives there feels welcomed and safe and cared for. I could go on and on about the food, activities and all the amenities Touchmark provides it’s residents but I’ll just say it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my Mom.
This place is impeccable and a well oiled machine. I thought we could not afford the assisted living but we could! Many different rates so do not pass them by like we almost did. High ethical standards and integrity. My loved one is thriving and active. The staff is amazing, great communication, and I trust them with my loved one. I would highly recommend Touchmark for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
Genay, Brooklyn, Dawn, Hope and so many other people at Touchmark in Prescott are truly exceptional at what they do. They are warm, kind, caring, supportive and competent. What an amazing staff! Genay went out of her way to make our family feel comfortable, happy and welcome - she is an absolute GEM! The same goes for Brooklyn - she was such a pleasure to work with and made things so easy and smooth. Her patience and willingness to problem-solve made things so much easier for us. Dawn is so good at what she does - answering all of our many questions and making sure we felt well taken care of - she quickly made some important things happen - and that put us at ease. Hope is an absolute angel - so kind and willing to go above and beyond. We truly could not have asked for a better group of people to work with during this time of transition. Highly recommend Touchmark in Prescott!
I frequently work with TouchmarK at the Ranch in Prescott, AZ and assist with moving in their residents. Brooklyn their move in coordinator is on top of each component of the move in process and makes my job so much easier! She is awesome! Genay in marketing is so helpful with the new clients everyone loves working with her. Genay recently helped with one of my clients Irina and gave her special attention she needed to make the jump to move to Touchmark.She has a giving, helpful, heart of gold for seniors. I cannot say enough about the Touchmark staff and the beauty of the building. I highly recommend Touchmark you can’t go wrong there!
