Called about finding a hip replacement surgeon; explained my circumstances, receptionist replied "So what do you want from us?" I asked for an ombudsman; she connected me with a service dealing with long-term care facilities, where I could leave a message because my call was very important to them. Just personally sick of such treatment.
Helpful people connecting you to resources. Sometimes the answers are not what you want to hear or you just need to do the legwork. Don’t take it out on Office for the Aging.
