⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My mom was admitted into Tomah nursing and rehab center this past Friday for hospice. They all were so caring and helpful. They went way out of their way to accommodate my family it was amazing. The staff became part of our family in our short time of 3 days. We had family members come in from all over. the room was packed it was so uncomfortable everyone was looking at the back of someones head and the staff took into action immediately and set up the activity room for us. Our atmosphere changed drastically for the best we sat around a table everyone could see and hear each other. We were able to get amazing photos also. The time my mom was in there she completed one of her requests a family celebration it was perfect. I can't thank all the staff enough thank you for everythingi truly appreciate it all.

My grandma has been here for over a year. Besides the shortage of staff, she has been pretty happy. They have worked on physical therapy daily and gotten her back to walking. They have worked on her bed sores and they are essentially healed. They have worked with her payee rep and inclusa to make sure she makes it to her appointments. When I do need to call, they don't always answer the phone but when they do, they are generally friendly. I've always had pretty good experiences when I've visited her. She says the food is good and they do a better job now of following her dietary restrictions for her kidney failure. She gets her necessary meds every day and is doing much better since she was moved over to there. They should work on bringing in more staff. She has had to wait hours to get help with going to the bathroom before. Now that she is more independent, she doesn't have that issue as much. Overall, 4 stars.
Is a very nice facility with spacious, clean rooms and employees who care about the well-being of their patients. My experience there was amazing thank you! CNA ❤️ and to everyone for all you do.
The women that work here are horrible and spit in my brother's drink because they didn't get the reaction they wanted from him! This place needs to be shut down!
The hospice nurse who helped me was wonderful and caring, and very prompt in responding to me. However, when I went to visit my friend, TWO separate staff members told me that there was no one there by that name (my friend had been there for a little over a week at that point). When they finally decided that she was in fact there, and I was taken to her room, I was surprised to find that a plate of food was sitting there for her, even though I knew before I came that my friend was already in a coma. While sitting with my friend, another staff member came in, saw the plate of food, and asked, "should I try to feed her?" Ummm, NO. She is not conscious, and will not be. Does the staff talk to each other and relay important information?
