500 Waterfront Drive, East Providence, RI 02914, United States
A great spot that feels luxury. Cute patio spot. Nice reading room. I’ve come here a few times and haven’t seen the rooms yet while visiting them but the main way is so nice. My mother is very picky and likes the staff here so they’re probably great. Fancy coffee machine included which makes it fun to visit lol

My parents joined the Tockwotton on the Waterfront community just over a year go. My mother is in memory care and my father resides in regular assisted living. My father has also received services from Bold Point physical therapy on site. I visit almost every day, and I can say without reservation, that the staff sincerely cares about my parents (and my family too). The housekeeping crew, kitchen staff, CNAs, med techs, nurses, and physical therapists are great! The management is professional and helpful, and the living units are lovely. The building and grounds are meticulously maintained. My parents enjoy the live music provided regularly, in addition to multiple activities provided by a phenomenal and energetic activites team. The culinary team works diligently to provide the residents a variety of healthy meals and also host wonderful gatherings including an annual clambake, and holiday gatherings, which we have throughly enjoyed! President Kevin McKay and Administrator Michaela McKay are exceptional! There is no doubt that they are dedicated to ensuring the well-being of their residents. I am thankful and so fortunate to have such a wonderful support system!
My brother and I met with Monica as walk-ins, and yet in the time she had available - were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism!! The atmosphere of this facility is fantastic!!
I was interested in having my father transferred to Tockwotton on the Waterfront for rehab. On a Friday, I toured the facility and met with Michael, the Director of Admissions. At that time, I expressed my desire to have my father transferred and was told that a bed may be available on Tuesday. Michael stated that he would keep me informed. Sadly, he did not. In response to Michael's lack of communication, I left a voice mail on his private line and a message with the receptionist at the front desk. Neither call was returned. As a speech pathologist, I understand that patient eligibility and bed availabilty cannot be guaranteed. However, to not return a phone call regarding a patient's possible transfer is not just disappointing, but unacceptable. Michael, please know that your decision to not provide an update is disrespectful towards prospective patients and their family members.
Some people should not work as a cna in a nursing home/ rehab. If you don't like the elderly and have no empathy; don't work in this field! You were not nice at all! Ana, Linda with her adorable pup were so nice and I'm know others where too, but there's always that one and she know who she is. Mean girl!! Bully! Place is beautiful! Mostly everyone was nice. Unfortunately it only takes that one cna to ruin it for this family 💔
