Our father Robert Wilson has been in your care for nearly 6 years at Whittlesea Room 8. We have continuously had meetings and emails relating to the hygiene of our father. Our father has a colonoscopy bag and this needs to be managed appropriately and every time we visit our father their is feaces all over his bathroom and it stinks and our visit time is on managing your staff to clean and tidy his room. We are so saddened with how your management and staff treat our father inhumanly this has to stop 🛑 Please I have gone to this level as our matters are not taken seriously or actioned. Went to the GP then into see mum. So much easier having both together.
