Came to visit my grandma at this facility we waited 10-15 mins every time we called for help. The nurses aide was the only working and it was her 1st day at this facility ever. Had no idea where the wipes were… Went to the front desk 3x, because I was worried my grandmother would fall off the toilet, no one stayed to help. Went to the office/clinical director and she did nothing. I was told there are a total of 12 patients and 1 nurse, 1 aide. Is that even legal? The state of Ohio requires 1 nurse per 5 patients… Unacceptable.

The staff is very caring and do their best to get to every patient in timely manner.
