We are extremely happy with my Father in law Tom staying here. It was a stressful time when Kitty helped us and was there for us. Mary who is the head of the Memory Unit is an asset to Tiffany Court. Her kindness towards my father in law and the other patients is appreciated. She is so helpful with us and goes above and beyond with her job.Cody in Maintenance was so helpful with his TV and very personable. Barbara is so friendly greeting everyone when you enter. The nurses are so kind helping him dressing, and making sure his stay is like home. He says how much he loves it here. He loves the food and made friends with wonderful people. The residents welcomed him with open arms.He loves all the activities too!The Van driver takes him to his appointments and is very trust worthy We give them 5 Stars! Shout out to Jeanette and Joe for their kindness. Mike and Susan Sawka

My aunt has been a resident at Tiffany Court at Kingston for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff is incredibly attentive and compassionate, creating a warm and welcoming environment. I feel completely at ease knowing she is safe and well cared for. One of the things that impressed me most is the therapy program. It has made a significant difference in my aunt's mobility and independence. She is much more active and engaged, and I've seen a real improvement in her overall well-being. I also want to commend the nursing director, Jenn, for her exceptional assistance with my aunt's medications. She was incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted out and ensuring my aunt's medication regimen is accurate and effective. Overall, I highly recommend Tiffany Court at Kingston to anyone seeking a supportive and caring assisted living community for their loved ones. The combination of a dedicated staff, effective therapy programs, and personalized care makes it an exceptional place for seniors to thrive.
The staff of Tiffany Court at Kingston have consistently gone out of their way to make my aunt feel comfortable and at home. From day one, everyone there has been compassionate, understanding and attentive to my questions, and more importantly, my aunt's needs. They provide a great environment for all of their residents.
I am very happy with Tiffany Court! It’s a wonderful place for your loved one to call home! The staff cares for every patient the same, and you can see that walking in there! They are the most caring group of people and I’m so happy that my grandmother is in good hands!
I placed my mother at Tiffany Court about 6 months ago. I had no complaints. I was impressed with the employees as they are friendly and personable. My mother was as happy as she could be considering she really wants to be at home but is no longer able to be. About a month ago she was taken to the hospital. Upon leaving the hospital she was placed in a nursing home for rehab. Now is where the problem starts. Tiffany court would not let her come back because of "wounds". The wound nurse at the nursing home and the nurse from Tiffany disagreed with what kind and how many she has. They do not do wound care, which is fine. She has had home health going there since she moved in taking care of a wound she has had for almost 2 years. I said I would have wound care come daily but I was told that was not going to work. I now spent the last week looking for another facility for her. She's already confused, was finally settling in there and now we have to start all over. The very bizarre thing was today, while moving her things out, not 1 employee looked at me, spoke to me or asked how she was. Very strange for sure. I cannot recommend this facility anymore.
