Within one week of my uncle being here he has made tremendous, almost miraculous improvements in his rehab program. The staff is so kind and helpful. The physical and occupational therapy was impressive. Clean facility. Smells good. Staff members can be found at all times for assistance. From a nurse who discharged many patients to SNFs and rehabs… I am thoroughly impressed with this facility. I can’t find a bad thing to say about it.
I believe my husband receives good care and this is comforting . He is clean and dressed appropriately for the day. I have found staff in all departments to be knowledgeable,, attentive, respectful and patient. I am grateful.
I would highly recommend this facility. My husband is a fairly new resident at Tierra Pines Center. I have nothing but praise for the staff there. From Tammy and Barbie, Olga and the social services staff, the physical rehabilitation staff and Rebecca the nursing staff. Their care and concern for him is above and beyond. Bonnie the office manager has been more than helpful for me during this very emotional time. If the staff doesn't care about the residents no amount of money is going to make a nursing home a safe and pleasant place to live.
Wonderful, caring staff! Perfect? no, which is hard when it is your loved one, but wonderful none the less. My sister was 80 and had vascular dementia...just an awful thing.
