It was time to downsize. We looked at various options, then we discovered Affinity Sheep Station Creek. My wife works and I was medically retired with PTSD. My stress levels are high and I experience numerous triggers. My wife drives everywhere we go and driving into Affinity Sheep Station Creek, meeting Melody and Jules who took us through the resort. My stress levels disappeared, never have I been so chilled. The natural bush surrounding the resort, the openness and the design called out to me to make this our new home. We chose a lot of land, settled on the "Adria" and now the slab has been laid. We have been invited to several resort functions where we were made to feel like part of the community. I have enjoyed being part of the replanting/revegetating group. Affinity Sheep Station Creek Resort is my home and my new community. Some people fear retirement as they lose their social network, here at Sheep Station Creek Resort, I have a new community and a new social network.

The guys at Affinity Mel, Jules & Brett are simply terrific, the whole experience from purchasing through to building has been magic. Seriously if you think this lifestyle, might work for you go and have a look I think like us you’ll love the place.
My wife & i were looking for an over 50s place preferably on the coast, but instead we have decided to go with Affinity at Morayfield. Not really that far from Bribie & Redcliffe. Easy to deal with (Mel & Jules) welcoming & friendly. Would reccomend any one looking for this type of thing, to have a look. We should be moving in early June. (cant wait)
New community coming together nicely, can't wait to see the finished product. Communal pool table and BBQ area was top notch.
A new over 50s living. It is well set out and includes the rural setting which adds character to the area.
