Tom has been so happy and engaged at Trio in Thrive! Lucy is amazing in keeping track of everyone and their needs! Janice does a great job of keeping the residents involved. The rest of the staffing Trio is friendly and accommodating to the residents needs! The rest of the staff is very friendly! Our family is very pleased with our decision to bring Tom to Thrive!
Had to place my mother in a memory care facility. Researched and visited all. Choose Thrive at Montvale ( Trio). Been almost 2 months now and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Bright, Cheery and Clean with the absolute best staff. The director of the memory care unit, Lucy, is absolutely the best in the business! Hands on and makes everything run beautifully. Janice the activities director brings smiles to everyone’s faces all day long. This place is a bright spot in an otherwise very difficult time for my Mom and us. Thank you Thrive
My mom has been in all three levels of care at Thrive. Currently, she is in memory care (Trio). We are beyond impressed and grateful for the care she is receiving. Lucy and her team have gone above and beyond to help my mom assimilate into the schedule and new way of living. My family and I receive outstanding communication and are at peace knowing our mom is loved and cared for so well. We recommend Thrive and Trio highly!
Our mother is in the Thrive Memory Care Unit - Trio. The director there and all Of her staff are remarkable. They are kind compassionate and truly take amazing care of the folks in their care. The physical space is also welcoming sort and sunlit with lots of community indoor and outdoor space just for the memory care population I would highly recommend this incredible facility.
