Seems like these nursing homes only care about getting paid and turning over beds to the next person to get another check. As if my biological mother dying because of one of these places wasn't enough, their neglect and incompetence tried to kill my step mother as well. Who would have ever thought that filthy conditions, patient neglect, lack of hygiene, cleanliness, having nurses that actually give a crap, would ever lead to someone almost dying at their hands again?!?! I did not know that when a patient is complaining that they cannot breathe, that their lungs feel closed, and showing symptoms of a lung infection along with RSV could be solved by simply telling the patient to relax and calm down and then saying that they will give her Mylanta. Thankfully my step mother had her cell phone and was able to call 911 to have her taken to an ER where she was treated properly. 2 Nurses to 30+ patients is absolutely horrid but they do not care. These places are simply for profit businesses and they could care less if you live or die as long as they get their check at the corporate office. The only thing that this place did that was successful was pack up my step mother's belongings and then proceed to kick her out for calling 911. Thankfully she got to a location where medical professionals actually have a brain. Nursing homes are where your loved ones are sent to die because insurance companies, medicare and medicaid want to stop having to pay. Stay Clear or you will be paying for funeral like I had to in 2021. Thankfully my step mom is hopefully on the road to recovery.

Had a great experience at Three Rivers in Sept. 2024 when my Dad had broken his leg and needed almost a month of rehab. Such a clean and pleasant place for rehab which occurred 5 days a week (both occupational and physical therapy). All staff and therapists were very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and SO friendly. The wide front porch with rocking chairs was a great gathering spot and felt like home away from home!
This place is so good. The nurses and CNA really do care about the people they take care of. The place is clean and everyone looks so well taken care of. I have never been in a nursing home that felt like home to me. I was really impressed by this facility and the team. Keep up the good work. Don't let the negative comments pull you down, you will have that time to time from people who really don't understand what it takes day in and day out to do what yall do on a daily basis. a lot of the complaints come from their own guilt. Again great job and keep up the good work. ill bring my family back in a heart beat when the time is needed.
We are so happy with Three Rivers, my dad moved into Long term Care recently. The staff is so attentive, caring and friendly. My dad seems to love the food! This is our third facility in three years and absolutely the best one. We would highly recommend this facility.
Such good care for my friend, all the staff very friendly, good assortment of activities which keeps people social!
