Moved in August 2018, sight unseen (the actual apartment). I wanted safe, clean, quiet and serene. I love it here! The entrances are locked and accessible by key after hours. Apartments open into hallways. My apartment is refurbished and clean. The sliding glass door to the balcony lets in light and I enjoy the outdoors, sunsets and stars; I like to experience the weather. Tenants are friendly; there are many activities if one wants to participate. I'm always meeting folks and enjoy the interaction with their pups. Happy Home!
I moved in February of 2018 and I just renewed my lease. I love it here. It's quiet, the neighbors are friendly and look out for one another, Val the Manager is available to help if needed, it's kept clean, it's warm in the winter and cool in the summer and it's just a nice place to live.
Holy cow let me just tell you how horrible this places the story is so long so I'm only gonna go into quick detail. Day one we go by we look at the apartment we put the money down for the apartment we plan on moving in in about 8 weeks 4 days later get a call that apartment is going to be an extra $40 because the carpets were trashed and getting new carpets put in is considered an upgrade. Find we tell her O about 4 days before we gotta move out of our place get another call actually it's going to be an additional $10 you're not gonna get that apartment that we had discussed and you're also going to be losing your parking spot and you're gonna have to park all the way out in the common park. Let me add that I have 2 babies under the age of one and a 1/2 and I'm blind. Don't even bother with these people just go to the viewpoint apartments half a mile away there about a $100 cheaper there get include your Internet and your cable and they're just brand new amazing granite countertops and you're not gonna get screwed and lied too. Also we had visited this place 8 weeks prior to when our current contract ended and we got a call just 3 days before about this change and during the call the girl said I've been dreading this phone call for a couple of weeks so she knew about 2 weeks ago why was I hearing about it 3 days before my contract ends awfully suspicious.
Lived here for over 3 years. Landscapers do a great job. Repairs done immediately. Residents are very friendly. Heartily recommend.
