I called Thomas place today October 18 2023 to check on the status of my Application and was told that I needed to have my wait list letter and that I was canceled for not calling in I told management that I did call in when i received that letter they gave me a number of 60 on waiting list for the one bedroom and 70 for the 2 bedroom management told me that they dont go by numbers on the waiting list that if I didn't have that letter that maybe I shouldn't move there the lady I spoke to was very rude as if she did not want me to move there and that came out of her mouth PS to whom it may concern if you have a person that speaks to customers in that manner they are not good property manager and they will lose a lot of tenants or is that what there trying to do is get pacific tenants to move in. I thought Thomas place would be a great place for me to live but I guess I was wrong. if they have problems with people before they even meet them...judgemental putting it litely...

My mom lives in these apartments and we absolutely love it. She's an 80 year old widow and has made some friends while being able to continue an active lifestyle. There's a welcoming lobby, movie room, game room, community room, courtyard, exercise room, hobby room and underground parking. The apartments have newer appliances, including laundry. They also have balconies/patios to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Most importantly, the manager and staff are super responsive when we need some help or just want to say hello. When I'm her age I hope there's a place like this for me!
A beautiful apartment complex for 55 and over! So many great amenities included. Very happy with Thomas Place of Gurnee. You could not have a better management staff that goes above and beyond always here! They maintain it beautifully. It's truly a great place to live. The best!!! 🙂
I have lived in three places since my divorce. This is a 55+ facility. The residents are so very nice here and the staff is always patient and willing to assist. Look no further this is home.
Generous sized and well apportioned amenities and apartments. I am extremely gratified that indoor parking is available as well as out door handicapped parking.
