I have been receiving treatment at the Perlt Therapy Center for several years, for various reasons. My experiences have been very positive, both in terms of the actual treatment and the scheduling. The therapists are very friendly, empathetic, and, above all, extremely attentive to their patients! The various receptionists and scheduling staff always make every effort to meet the individual patient's needs. (Which isn't always easy when you overhear some people's demands and reactions by chance while waiting...)

My mother has been in the therapy center for more than 2 years. She is very happy with how they respond to her and explain the various exercises to maintain her mobility. The atmosphere is very positive and all employees including Mr. Perlt are extremely friendly and competent. You always look forward to the next appointment.
I went to the KG for the first time in my life with severe pain in my shoulder. I'm thrilled. Claudia freed my shoulder from the pain with a lot of specialist knowledge and exercises. The atmosphere is very pleasant and personal. Any time!!
Great service, all the staff are very friendly. I personally think the facilities are great; individual needs are taken into account very well. If you have questions or problems, someone is always there. The training is also constantly monitored and care is taken to ensure that the exercises are carried out correctly. Highly recommended!!!
Time has simply stood still here. And with it, the level of knowledge about treatment!!! I can only advise against it, whether it's MTT or CG. A complete lack of interest and motivation among most therapists. The therapist-patient relationship is like it used to be. Completely passive, with, in my case, no improvement from appointment to appointment. Zero customer service, let alone empathy in dealing with patients. Nothing is explained, nor is discretion observed. The French woman at the counter doesn't even know anything about diagnoses and seriously asks me, as a patient, what the prescription says. OMG :( Thank God at least the colleague with a slight Bavarian accent can! :) There's probably some reason why there was almost no one in the waiting room when I came twice a week ;) Because considering it's such a huge therapy center, not much happens there. I then filled my follow-up prescriptions at my absolute favorite, Praxis Bergmann in Mainz (TOP team and organization!). They got it sorted. After two missed opportunities – NEVER AGAIN PEARLS!
