I have used several firms over the years to provide nursing aide and companionship to my quadriplegic wife over the years. None of them have provided the high-quality services that Home Care Assistance of Fairfax has done. Their aides have been perfectly-matched to the physical and emotional needs of my wife. Their aides arrive timely, are very conscientious while here, and leave with warm assurances to my wife. There is no question of when the aide arrives or departs as the aide must "clock-in" and "clock-out" using the homephone of the patient. Billing is weekly and in any form the client choses-electronically of paper check. I recommend this firm without hesitation

I could never recommend this agency. Our family had several issues with the care takers. Some of them were quite messy and didn't clean up after themselves after eating. We had one care taker that actually stuck a piece of chewing gum on a piece of expensive furniture and for got to remove it. We had a couple issues with them clocking out on their personal phones instead of using the clients home phone. We found dirty wipes that they had just dropped in our garage instead of putting them into trash can. After my parent passed away they never even sent us a sympathy card while all the other companies that we used did. What a joke this place is.
