My family had to make a decision to place my mother in an assisted living facility with 3 days notice. We looked at several places in Lima and decided upon Wyngate because of the kindness and caring of all of the staff. After moving my mom in we are so grateful for the kindness of the current community members for going out of their way to make my mom feel included in the community.

I can't begin to tell everyone how wonderful the Wyngate representative was going up and beyond taking care of my Father getting him to go into the wonderful Wyngate community. Andrea was there every step of the way transitioning my Father from home to the facility. I called her after hours to come to my fathers house to help him get to the facility at night. She was right there. I would highly recommend the Wyngate for anyone making the decision for loved ones not able to live in their own home needing some assistance and gave me a peace of mind not having to worry about my father. Thank You Andrea and the Wyngate.
My kids and I got dinners here and they started at 4:30 well we got there early at 3:45 waited inside at a table. I called in the morning to reserve my dinners they took my last name and when 4:30 came around me and my kids were told that we would have to wait until everyone inside the dining room got served first bc we wanted our dinners to go!!! So me and my babies had to sit and wait some more before we could get our food! I felt like we were treated really rude and if they treat us like that I wonder how the residents get treated. I feel like we were treated wrong.
The kitchen is very poorly ran. Does not know what he is doing as far as ordering and treating his staff. The rest of the managers are amazing hated to quit the place.. But can't work for a narcissist..
My uncle was transferred to Wyngate and was gravely ill. He received compassionate, heart-felt care. I can’t thank the staff enough for the wonderful care he received.
