Living at The Woods has been an absolute delight. The club house is stunning, The units are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and I always feel safe. The staff is incredibly kind, and always quick to respond. Plus, the community of people here is wonderful. Overall, it's been a truly enjoyable living experience.

The Woods at East Windsor is a wonderful community and I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment has high ceilings, all luxury finishes, spacious bedroom and office, large windows and a balcony. It has a wonderful landscaping, club house with a large gym that I often used. In addition, there is a trail right behind the complex that I walked on daily. And you could walk on to shopping plaza with multiple stores there. The manager is a great lady, very helpful and provided with all information I needed. Amazon deliveries worked very well as well.
The People upstair are stomping over my head and management said " there is nothing we can do about them being heavy footed. I pay over $2200.00 dollars a month to live here. I don't want anyone stomping over my head while I'm working on my dissertation. My boss won't even let me work from home now, because she says I too distracted and upset when my neighbors start stomping over my head like bunch of elephants. I am OCD and finally secured another place to live at the end of September but that is far way...I was told by management if I break the lease I would have to pay them two months rent to leave this miserable situation I am dealing with This is not right and they are not ethical. Don't wast your money living there. These people are stomping on top of my head during the day, night ant wee hours of the morning. Even the corporate office got smart with me on the phone. The nerve of them taking my money every month and I'm at someone else house more than my own because the stomping the people above do in 1312. They are horrible tenants and Sterling is horrible management. It should not cost me anything to move out. I moved here first when their were hardly any resident here. Now that their full...my complaints fall of death ears. Don't rent any sterling properties. Corporate office got smart on the phone with me and acted like they were bored with my phone calls. " I ask for rent to lowered since my quality of life in this residence is not good until I find a place and they laughed at me.....Aren't they a class act.
These are nice new luxury condominiums that are centrally located in East Windsor but also tucked away from the main roads.
