I would like to say that Jimmy (maintenance) is a excellent maintenance man. He is clean, courteous, kind & respectful. He finishes a job in a timely matter. The (manager) Lawanda is always kind & helpful. I am very happy with my stay here. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to everyone. ;-)
I had the pleasure of speaking to the Office Manger today and I normally don’t write reviews but I thought in this particular instance I will. Lawanda was very welcoming, personable and extremely polite and possessed great interpersonal skills. She is highly recommendable!!! Thank you again Lawanda!!!!
That place has gone downhill since I moved out of there, 5 years ago. Nothing gets fixed. You will be waiting for years to get done. It is sad since apartments are so nice.
Maintenance will not get back to you for weeks. The fire alarm in the hallway has been going off for almost a week. Manager and maintenance are nowhere to be found. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
