I don't want to say that I am a frequent flyer here, but they were great when I first came pre rotator cuff surgery as well as post surgery. Then I saw them again when I had a knee replacement, and I am finishing up my PT for revision to my last year knee replacement. My wife has had PT here a couple of times as well. Wesley Outpatient Physical Therapy was recommended by friends who have been there several times. They also have "Pool Therapy" if your doctor recommends it.

My brother is in the Hawthorne building for rehab. Priscilla, CNA, is the only aide that I see working. She's kind, patient, caring and hard working!!! Give this woman a raise! The food, according to my brother, is good. The physical and speech therapists are great! The nurses.... are practically non existent. If you are lucky enough to find one, they push the work onto an aide, even when they are not busy! The nurses lack a good attitude. Not one smiles. My suggestion, if you dont like your job, go elsewhere.
Take my dad here for physical therapy. Staff is amazing. Clean facilities. Easy parking.
This place is pretty amazing. You can tell the buildings are a little old, but they seem well maintained. The place is very clean and does not have the look of being a care facility (I think that's a good thing). I have only been in the apartments.
DO NOT send your grandparents here!!!! My 93 year old grandmother broke her hip and was sent here. She hit call button and waited 4 hours before anyone came to change her after she souled herself. Was told button was broke!!!! Really???? What if she fell????? My grandmother had diarrhea and throwing up and was never seen by a doctor!!! Food is ice cold everytime she gets food!!!! They avoid family members requests! Asked for booties for her feet and she never got them!!! Asked for a print out of meds, never got them! Sat in her room for 5 hours and not one person came in to check in my gram or her roommate! I get some places are short staffed, but sitting in soil for 4 hours is ridiculous !!! And being short staffed I know they can stop new patients from coming in so they don’t have to many patients to nurse ratio! And amount of patients with Covid here are horrendous!!! We should have been told there was a lot of cases within the rehabilitation center!
