The Watermark is by far one of my favorite communities to visit. As a hospice worker, I have assisted patients and families in the building. The staff is always friendly and communicative. The building is always clean and lively with activities and cheerful residents. Their care team is full of compassion. I would highly recommend The Watermark to anyone looking at assisted living and memory care.

We're on tour from Las Vegas and Jonny Bird performed at the Watermark at Southpark Meadows and it was a very nice and clean facility. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and Catie was attentive and engaged with the residents. We recommend this place and would perform here again.
This is an amazing retirement community! I can tell that the people who run it genuinely care about their residents. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and keeps all the residents engaged all the time. Not to mention the place is 10/10 clean. I would highly recommend Watermark for anyone who’s looking for an inclusive and caring community!
