THE WATERFORD @HARTFORD IS AT IT AGAIN. THEY ARE ALWAYS KEEPING THINGS INTERESTING FOR THEIR RESIDENTS. TODAY WE WERE VISITING MY MOTHER AND THEY HAD ANIMAL PRESENTATION FOR THEM. THEY KEEP EVERYONE INTRESTED WITH SMALL ANIMALS AND LET THEM ASK QUESTIONS AND TOUCH OR HOLD THEM.

I always have such a good time with all the residents and staff when I visit. They are so caring and kind to all the residents. Always a lot going on, and that is what everyone likes.
Staff are always very kind and helpful and appear to take great care of the hospice client I visit weekly. They in fact were graciously caring to his needs while I last visited him and I could hear their pleasant friendly tone with him even without knowing I was listening in.
This place is amazing and so are the employee's. My mom spent the last 6 months of her life living here in the Memory Care unit. The nurses and CNA's are wonderful, caring people and they treated my mom and me like family. The facility is very clean and kept up well. The Director Andrea is awesome and was always available when I needed something. I would not hesitate to bring your loved one to this facility. It is a great place.
My aunt was in Assisted Living for more than one year. All the caregivers where wonderful. I was moving her to the East Troy area and gave her 30 days notice. Due to covid her new place could not get her apartment carpeted. I kept the Waterford informed throughout the whole process. However soon after the 30 days Andrea the director wanted her gone because they rented her room to another. They threatened to move her to a shared room with a Memory Care resident. She told them she did not want that and I told them she did not want that. We ended up moving her temporarily to a facility in East Troy. Up until this last incident things were fine. But the way they treated my 91 year old aunt was inexcusable. People treat animals better than they treated my aunt.
