The residents and community are friendly, fun and location is incredible. I came back so many times, looked at other over 55 in the area and I kept coming back here for so many reasons. I finally bought and it was the best decision of my life. The homes are well built, Highest energy ratings throughout the home and I’ve met the best people. The builders team has been here to make sure I’m happy and any issues have been solved immediately so far. I have nothing negative to say and I look forward to more fun and adventures with the residents and in the community. The BEST VALUE for the price for your home and activities

My Step mom moved there a year ago and loves it. We love it because she's closer to us, she's in a safe place with lots of folks to do things with.
Thing not mention when buying a home here. The apartment building next to the community is open and the apartment resiednts walk through with there dogs and I have seen kids walking through. I want a safe community to live in but this open community is not safe.
Great community for folks who just want to relax and enjoy life, meet new friends with an active lifestyle, healthy environment and a QUALITY HOME! My experience with the purchase of the home which I helped my parents purchase was amazing! The Real Estate agent on site, Keith Darman was so patient and very informative. I’ve never met a more honest agent...and he made the process so easy and fun! The construction manager, Tom was hands on and always willing to answer questions. The activities director, Sally couldn’t be a better fit for the position. Always keeping everyone connected with the next activity. We couldn’t have made a better choice on a community and builder for my parents. My parents are so excited!
