My god father stayed here for years, and when he needed them the most he got injured so bad that nobody would help us. We couldn’t see the cameras or find out exactly what happened. He’s passed on now, RIP. Was there from 2010-2022. (He loved the place for the freedom he was given but when he was diagnosed with dementia….thats when everything went down hill).😒. I do NOT Recommend this place!

This place is horrible, it’s a nursing facility/assisted living place for people with disabilities, dementia and other issues. Horrible, don’t know how facilities like these are able to operate, well they comply and clean when inspection role around that’s how. They don’t clean the halls, room and the residents smoke in their rooms, smh. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. Security, what a . I could go on, but I hope you take from the post and proceed with caution if you decide to place your loved ones there. We removed our brother with a quickness. Good luck
All of the elderly folk smoke and drink outside the building which is.. either or. Can't tell the elderly how to live their own lives when you're frail enough to have to be in assisted living. All the staff have makeup and have waitress type care outfits on. They appear nice but overworked and have a bit of issue with communication. Just keep a close and constant eye on the folks. Most health care fields have abusive or negligent practices. Much better to be safe than sorry and always have a backup plan if your resident is unable to live here or is on notice.
This assisted living facility is an amazing new home for the elderly community. All of The W Group facilities are great. The staff truly go above and beyond to help the patients and families adjust to the transition. They are extremely helpful and make the process easier on the families as well as the resident. All the facilities feel like home.
I honestly don't go there, & don't know anyone who does. Although, it has changed. It used to not look so great at all. Really low class. They fixed it up nicely. I am also guessing new management. Just a guess. IDK. I went inside about 2 year's ago, & told two receptionist's how much nicer it looks then it used to. They were both very polite, & kind all the way through. Just seeing how they were tells me that it has gotten better there than it was year's ago. I thank you for taking care of people who are elderly. People who worked their lives off, & deserve a beautiful retirement place to live. God Bless you.
